Hotel was truly relaxing, we loved our stay.
Staff were so polite and location was perfect. Breakfast was reasonable, variety of fantastic food. Our room was spacious and extra clean, with modern decor. Valet parking and delivery service were a real plus.
-
It was right by everything and the view was amazing. Enjoyed a kitchen. Useful base for wedding, felt like home.
-
Right place for discovering Lincoln City. We appreciated that there was an amazing restaurant on site.
Beds were small.
-
Nice restaurant and bar. Very friendly staff. Very scenic. Close to major Oregon casino. Awesome bathrooms.
Tad bit expensive.

Our room was so nice and the bed was so comfortable. Your restaurant has superb food. Our compliments to the chief. Thank you for everything. It was a special anniversary. View was terrific!
-
I have stayed here before. It is a beautiful hotel. The staff were so friendly and the valet parking was heaven. You made our stay wonderful.
-
The view and the restaurant - we were there only 1 night on our way South so did not have a chance to explore more.
-
The staff was friendly and courteous. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel in general was exceptional. The view of the ocean was amazing from our room and in their restaurant.
The only beds available for us were double beds, which was uncomfortable.
-
They upgraded our room to a suite which was very nice. The view from our room was amazing. The suite itself was beautiful we would of like to stay much longer. The restaurant was convienent and the food and view of the ocean was fabulous!
It was a bit too pricey expecially for the winter time. $192 for a one night stay. They should have a large jucuzzi tub and a fire place in the room then that price might fit.

It's literally ON the beach! Ocean views from just about every room. Elevators take you from top (check-in on 9th floor and restaurant on 10th) to bottom (beach level on 1st floor). Walking out onto the beach prepared to do whatever you do on the beach (combing for us). Long beach areas for long strolls. Several people walking their dogs so one can get a handful of animal petting in case you're lonesome for your pets at home. Nearby seafood restaurants, easy access to highway 101 and all city services including food, clothing and gifts for yourself and friends and family at home. It provided a welcoming atmosphere on arrival and departure. Excellent experience.
ALWAYS ask where your room is located: one floor above the swimming pool on the weekends when Portland and others unload their noise and partying behaviors onto the beach, is not pleasant if you want peace, quiet and early to bed adventures. Elevators were down to one for all including staff and cleaning crews. Parking and unloading are big problems for anyone handicapped or elderly and have difficulty hiking to and from their parking lots, across the highway. Valet parking is available but most of us think we've paid well enough already to be stiffed for more convenience: a few golf carts would be helpful for running back and forth for we forgetful ones. All very positive even with these little problems!

It would help to have another sign to alert drivers that the entrance is approaching.
It was not easy to contact the reservation desk. I ended up booking with a booking agency which cost a lot more.

Lovely view, comfy room, friendly staff, beautiful facility, again, very friendly and helpful staff in hotel as well as restaurant.
Loved everything. I know it's really nice and for this reason it's spendy. It's not something we can afford very often - this was a special occasion. So of course, I wish it were more economical, but I understand why it is not. (However, thanks for the coupon for 50% off, we will try to use that!)

Inform guests upon check in they should make reservation if they would like breakfast. We went at 9:30 and the host rudely asked if we had a reservation and then told us it would be an hour wait. The restaurant looked empty. Also, the elevators are really slow. And...I Was told they would call me when my room was ready to check in and nobody called. Instead someone called about some else's room being ready.

We had the best time! Our room was fantastic-so comfortable and romantic. Everyone was so friendly on staff and we received very good service. We can't wait to return!
